     Based in Scripture from Genesis to Revelations, this original form of Christian astrology has been used by kings, popes, and the church fathers for centuries. It brought the Magi from the east to worship the King of Kings. My name is Becky Miller.  I reside in San Diego, California and have been practicing Reiki for 3 years.  I became a Reiki Master in April of 2007.  I have used Reiki on myself everyday for three years and send distance treatments to friends and family.  I occasionally provide hands on treatments to humans.
I have been using Reiki on my very active and sometimes reckless French Bull Dog with miraculous results.  The first time I used it on her she had injured her leg and was unable to walk on it.  I was worried about the vet bills and it dawned on me that I could Reiki her.  It took two brief sessions and she was completely healed.  The second time I used it she had run full speed and head first into a rock wall while chasing a ball.  She was unable to get up and I was afraid that I was going to lose her.  I immediately gave her Reiki and within minutes she was on her feet and was still dazed.  I gave her an additional treatment and she was completely healed.  Last week she became lame in a rear leg.  I could see that it was swollen and she was only able to barely hobble up the two steps from the backyard into the house.  After two Reiki treatments the swelling is gone and she is her jubilant self.   She has returned to running full speed from the yard and bounding up the steps into the house.  She loves to receive Reiki and willingly offers herself to the treatments. She knows that it helps her to feel better.
I am a regular customer at Noah’s Ark, a do it yourself dog wash in San Diego. They are very holistic minded and know all about the healing aspects of Reiki. 
I was there today and was sharing with them how Reiki had healed Newka’s leg.  They were so excited to learn of my Reiki training and results.  They encouraged me to have business cards made so that they could refer their clients.  They also suggested I visited the holistic veterinary clinics and leave my cards, as the clinics often have a month long waiting list for appointments.
I have been an animal lover since I was a child and wanted to be a veterinarian.  Various circumstances prevented that from happening.  I have always had an innate sensitivity and communication with animals and they love and trust me.  As a child I adopted various stray dogs and cats and rode horses regularly.  I understand the concept of asking the animal for permission and honoring their answer.  I will only offer them hands on treatments when invited to do so.  If they do not wish to be treated hands on I will ask for permission to administer the Reiki from a short distance.  If they aren’t comfortable with that, I will ask to send it long distance.  I will always honor their wishes and will never force it upon an animal.  I feel that I have found my calling in sharing the gift of Reiki to help with the well being, healing and assisting with the passing of animals.
I have read and agree to your code of ethics.  I would be honored to be added to your practitioner’s-directory as specializing in all animals and offering distance, long distance and in-person treatments.
