Callisto, of Ursa Major, or the Greater Flock, graces sunrise today. These stars wrap around the pole, hence never set. The individual names for these stars indicate the nature of the constellation is one of The Ordered; The Purchased; The Guarded; The Lamb; the Appointed; and The Strong. Those people and relationships born under these stars are proud, practical, with a strong desire to help others in need. The wise and prudent will consider her actions and issues through this lens.

A day of hopes and dreams. Guard the small joints, especially the ankles.

It may be the late July lazies, but today, we just won't do what's good for us, what's right for our health, and want to do nothing but wish it was Friday.

The wise use such days for active daydreaming, journaling, reading!

Those of us who rise for midnight prayer on the east coast may wisely stick to the Psalms, or the Glorious Mysteries.

      The Daily Planets are presented as they currently revolve in the heavens in their cosmic dance, in real time, or sidereal, astrology.  This is why you can use this moon-cast for planting, pruning, weeding, or fishing, successfully!!  Sidereal astrology only disagrees with the most common form, tropical astrology, as far as the signs the planets occupy.

        Today the moon, our celestial pearl, bakes ideas and schems in Aquarius, the sign of Brotherhood.  The moon dips into our own Christian sign of Pisces Friday morning, at 323AM Pacific time, for a dramatic and colorful weekend.  If you have planetary activity in Aquarius or Pisces, be careful of your lower extremities, your ankles and feet, and look alive!

       If you are looking for a job, this week is stellar!  Monday and Tuesday are the perfect days to search within the current heirarchy, or to climb any corporate ladder.  Preparedness is key!  Wednesday and Thursday are the idea days, made for searching in research, tech, or innovative industries.  Friday is really good to think about nursing, personal care, or the theater!  Good luck!!

     We are now sailing through the stars of sidereal Cancer, whose names include those of The Sheltering, The hiding Place, The Lambs, The Beehive, the Multitude, The Offspring, and The Mother Donkeys. 

     Mercury, that fleet celestial messenger, enters lordly, golden Leo on Sunday afternoon, just as the moon comes full.  We will find our ideas, conversation, and exchanges graced with leadership, nobility, and light heartedness!  This is one of the best times of the year!

      Venus, the Golden Orb of Love, Romance, Beauty, Quick Cash, Banking, Real Estate, and Property has entered in triumph into Lordly Leo  all golden and glowing.  We can spoil our children, take great comfort in recreation, knowing 'it is good!'!!

      Mars, with pure energy as his raw material, ennervates Virgo!  Details, details!  Details and footnotes and sidelines will take on great importance and significance now!   

         Jupiter is in Pisces the Magickal Fish, so we will witness Art explode!  As will music, theaater, drama in all forms, including the personal   For the rest of this year and into next year, Jupiter and Uranus will twirl a waltz of close embraces, backward and foreward, to and fro, across the Magickal Fishes.  Drama will increase, as will personal trials.  Jupiter will turn about retrograde on the 23rd of July, and we will become contemplative rather than expressive.

      Dreamy, inspiring Neptune , is sole visitant orb in sidereal Aquarius.  Now, music, theater, movies, poetry, The Arts, will definitely expand in scope, if not quality.  Neptune is retrograde till the 6th of November, so this is not the time to follow our hunches or gut instincts;  consult reason, be patient, write our thoughts and impressions down on paper.

      Chiron is retrograde, in Aquarius, so we need to reconsider, dither and stall where our health and welfare are concerned.

      Saturn picks its way through Virgo   which doesn't have to be the disaster it is reputed to be!  The health care issue will move back and forth too, surprise surprise;  there are no longer any orbs in Capricorn, except Chiron, for Saturn to trine.

      Uranus is in Pisces the Magickal Fishes. The wild orb itself will bring novelty, freshness, and innovation to a sensitive, innovative and forward-thinking sign, and to all Christians.  Expect a whole slew of new events, perceptions, feelings, and dramas!  For the rest of this year and into next year, Jupiter and Uranus will twirl a waltz of close embraces, backward and foreward, to and fro, across the Magickal Fishes.  Drama will increase, as will personal trials, and our ways to express ourselves will multiply.  On July 5th Uranus wentretrograde, and we feel impulses and surges of emotion within.  This will last December 5th.  Let us, as modern Christians, have a care for the way we do the Lords work!

     Saturn, slow moving at the best of times, is poised in direct oppositon to Uranus in the sign of virtuous, pensive, discriminating Virgo.  We may find our long held ideas about health, hygiene, diet, and how to treat our fellow workers challenged directly and harshly.  Best now to face things head on, and use our experience as a rudder by which to steer a new course.  

      Fitful, fateful Pluto, sitting in Sagittarius the Archer,  weighing in on our educational system, schools, social conscience, foreign policy, travel and journey medium, dreams and psychic sensitivities, is now retrograde.  We will internalize and incubate changes in our attitude toward these issues, and the related people in these ares.  Isn't it kind of creepy? Especially since this little planetoid will be felt by the entire global community as we near the Dark Rift;  it gives me furiously to wonder!!

     The rest of the planettes to which women are most sensitive: Juno celebrates summer nuptualsand fertility in Gemini; Ceres in Scorpio retrograde puts us in the mood to try it all again;  Pallas in Libra to brighten and heal mother/daughter Issues; and Vesta in Leo to help us lord over our siblings!! 

     Lilith, the dark orb, moves through sidereal Aquarius, retrograde.  We have some disturbing ideas, especially about business, don't we?  Yet we note all the women, conservative and Christian, running for office. 

      Remember    August 1st happens on a Sunday, meaning August will also have a Friday the 13th!!!  The moons of August occur on the 9th when the moon is new, and the 24th when the moon is full.  On August 20th Mercury will go retrograde till September 12th.

      When the Market opens on Thursday morning, the moon will be in the ninth house of Aquarius, opposite transiting Venus in the third house, the orb of good fortune.  It will be day I sit out, and advise my friends to do the same.

     Transiting Venus is now in the third house of Leo, where she can put real energy into our earning power.  We will be getting the best, wisest advice, to which we would be wisest to listen closely.

     Mars is now in the third house of Virgo, where we can expect expert professional advice.  Mars is conjuncting transiting Saturn, so we are very wise to listen, listen, listen, rather than speak.

      The sun is in sidereal Cancer, a sign most concerned with security.  In the Markets first house, the sun will light the way for a much more profitable season.  It is a game changer.

     Transiting Mercury is in golden Leo, in the Markets second house of earned income.  This is a most fortunate position, and we are wise to make the most of this brief, fortunate span!    

     Pluto is touring the sign of Sagittarius in the markets sixth house, or place of employees, health care, and contracts.

     The positions of Jupiter and Uranus in the ninth house of foreign affairs tells us all we need to know about what is causing the chaos!  They have already conjuncted, once.  They are seperating, to turn retrograde this month,  and conjunct again in retrograde motion;  then seperate, turn about, and conjunct a third time direct, over the rest of the year. 

      (In case you were wondering, I do see a slow down and a correction coming, when Saturn enters that fourth house!)  No time soon, however.

      Transiting Jupiter is in the ninth house of the Law, in Pisces.  Jupiter the Super sizer will re-embrace the wildcard of the zodiac, Uranus, and the two will do a fascinating waltz back and forward again through Pisces.  As this will occur in the Markets' ninth house of laws, foreign affairs, schooling, and psychic activities, we have to expect the unexpected to be making a huge impact on these issues and areas of our life.  Jupiter will retrograde on the 23rd of July.

     Transiting Neptune the nebulous is in the sign of Aquarius, retrograde, having us rethink everything we just did.  There will still be tax hikes, scandals galore, and dark deeds.  

     Transiting Saturn is in the third house of Virgo, so most of us who do engage the market are apt to be more and more cautious, more reserved.  The Teacher orb is now directly opposed to Uranus, the wildcard of the zodiac.

      Uranus is in Pisces the Enchanted Fish, in the ninth house of the law, foreign affairs, school, travel, and sports, retrograding on the 5th of July.

      I am still much more optimistic about the future of Capitalism, and our country, more so than I have since January 2009.

     The Stock Market was incorporated on May 17, 1792, at 8 52 AM Local mean sidereal time, in New York, New York, specifically Wall Street.

     We have a beautiful Cancer rising, as befits an American institution, at 26 degrees, with Uranus in Cancer at  23 degrees in the first house, on the cusp of the second.  The Wildcard of the zodiac attracts windfalls and wipeouts, but only to those who are as reckless as the planet itself.   How uniquely American!  Anyone can make good here, if they want to do the work, and attain their freedom by their own shrewdness and hard work! 

     The Wounded Healer is also at 23 degrees, in the twelfth house of Gemini;  this puts it also on the ascendant of the Market, letting us know that we can learn from our mistakes and rebound.      I

     In the 3rd house we find Mars at 26 degrees of Leo;  the third house of a national or business house represents The Press, popular opinion, and We the People, so we know that the Market can indeed be driven by our own energy and determination.  Mars in Leo is a lot of fire, many new ideas shooting forth, many innovations and initiating influences, not all of which will prosper.  We must use our heads!  Leo includes children, recreational activities, hospitality, and the notion of chivilry;  the weak, the helpless, defenseless, mothers, and the ill in this process deliberately; no one is left out who wants to take their shot.

     In the 4th house, we have Jupiter conjunct Neptune, at 1 and 5 degrees Libra, both retrograde.  This lets us see clearly that we can hear Divine Inspiration in our dreams, or in the voice of the people at our table, or anywhere at home, in regard to what we can do with the market.  We can be the saving rock of charitable institutions, the force behind industry, or just as well perpetrate a huge scam, like Bernie Madoff.  The market runs on our intentions;  if these are good we can be a positive force in the world.  If greed motivates us, it's our problem!   

    And here I have been beside myself over this current Jupiter/Neptune conjunction in Capricorn!  This current conjunction trines the natal conjunction exactly;  the Deceptions are being uncovered and the Inspiration remains.  Anyone who believes the market is based on greed has a prosperity issue.

     Pluto sits in the 8th house of course, and being Aquarius lets us see that the market benefits the very poor, the charitable institutions which support those poor and offer them a new life in the long run.

     The moon at 27degrees Pisces tells us the market is driven by our emotions; no news there!  It is conjunct Saturn at 4 degrees Aries, which is within orb of Venus at 14 degrees Aries.  All this activity is in the 10th house, right at the Top.  This market is so inclusive of women, and womens rights!  The heavy Saturn influences actually acts more as a fulcrum for balancing than oppressing;  think of that, a Balance right at the top of the chart!

    The Streets 11th house Taurus sun is 5 degrees, with Mercury right beside it at 1degree, retrograde.  We may wisely share our counsel as to what we have done, what we intend to do, and how much we have done it, when it comes to our success strategy!  Taurus is such a fruitful and productive sign, and the 11th house is about including everyone in our success!

     The part of Fortune is 26 degrees of Taurus, in the 11th house.  This forms the leg of a beautiful Grand Trine in Air.  We should talk, exchange ideas, invent new forms, write about it in articles and stories and novels, talk about it as much as we can, because talking about it increases the good energy!  The American Stock Market was made so that all could share in the wealth and riches of our nation and industry in a productive and healthful way!
